As the Talent Acquisition Program Manager, you will be the architect of our talent acquisition engine, responsible for transforming hiring from a series of transactions into a scalable, high-performance program. You will sit at the intersection of process optimization, employer branding, and strategic partnerships, ensuring that every touchpoint in the hiring lifecycle—from the first LinkedIn click to the final onsite interview—is standardized and "white-glove" in quality.
Your mission is to build a world-class candidate experience while driving operational excellence. You will lead the charge in certifying our interviewers, refreshing our global employer brand across platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed, and automating our internal workflows through Slack and Rippling.
