We are an established painting contractor in Phoenix, Arizona with 20 years of experience, seeking a motivated and career-minded individual to immediately join our team. As a lead journeymen painter, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, both interior and exterior, mainly in the North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas.
Benefits:
We offer competitive wages commensurate with experience and full-time, day-hour positions. This is a W-2 position.
Requirements:

Strong interior and exterior residential painting background, preferably with experience in stucco housing.
Proficiency in spraying techniques is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of professionally trained painting experience and 5 years of manager/foreman experience.
Valid AZ driver's license with a clean DMV record.
Ability to pass a drug and background test.
Own a truck or van (having a ladder rack is a plus but not necessary), capable of transporting extension ladders, a pressure washer, sprayers, and other necessary tools.
Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all painting tasks.
Collaborate effectively with the crew to ensure efficient project completion.
Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to safety protocols as per OSHA requirements.
Prioritize project tasks and assign employees accordingly.
Create detailed material lists and procure necessary materials for job commencement.
Possess excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and address their needs professionally.
Proficiently train crew members to ensure consistent quality work.
