At Superior Stucco Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and reliable service throughout the Twin Cities.
We're not looking for someone who simply needs a job—we're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and wants to learn a skilled trade while building a long-term career in construction.
Previous stucco experience is not required. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to learn a specialized trade and build a long-term career in construction.
What We Offer
On-the-Job Training: Previous stucco experience is not required. We will teach the right candidate the trade from the ground up.
All Specialized Tools Provided: We provide all the specialized tools and equipment you need to succeed.
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist lead plasterers/applicators in preparing surfaces for stucco application.
Mix plaster, stucco, and mortar to the correct consistency.
Set up, move, and dismantle scaffolding safely.
Transport materials, lath, and tools across the job site.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
To keep our job sites running safely and smoothly, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
Reliability: You must be highly dependable, show up on time, and have a strong work ethic.
Transportation: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to get to job sites daily.
Language: Must be able to speak fluent English to ensure clear communication and safety on-site.
Physical Strength: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials up to 100 lbs throughout the workday.
Comfort with Heights: Must be comfortable working on scaffolding (not afraid of heights).
Experience: Previous construction, masonry, or stucco experience is a major plus but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in the construction trades.
