Human Resources Manager
Full-Time Onsite - West Babylon, NY
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day HR operations, champion our team members, and keep our organization compliant, supported, and running smoothly. This role thrives on variety, takes pride in getting the details right, and is a trusted partner to both leadership and team members.
What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day HR operations and coordinate departmental goals, processes and programs.
  • Drive companywide recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support performance management, team member reviews, and professional development initiatives.
  • Manage weekly payroll processing, including rates, taxes, deductions, and quarterly and year-end filings.
  • Administer benefit programs, insurance plans, and COBRA, including renewals and enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state HR laws, EEO/Affirmative Action plans, prevailing wage, and required reporting.
  • Oversee OSHA, safety, and training requirements, along with Workers' Compensation administration and reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with union and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Maintain the Employee Handbook, process documentation, and the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Safeguard confidential information and uphold the company's Confidentiality Agreement.

What You Bring
  • Education & Experience: High School diploma or GED with 5-8 years of HR related experience.
  • SHRM certification - SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP (preferred).
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Compensation & Benefits
• Pay Range: $125k-$150k
