The HR Generalist serves as a primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, providing hands-on support across employee relations, benefits, performance management, and leave administration. This role is essential to maintaining a responsive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture. This position is well-suited for an HR professional who enjoys balancing employee advocacy with organizational accountability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as first-line support for employee relations concerns
  • Administer benefits enrollment and employee education
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Ensure confidential handling of employee information under HIPAA standards
  • Provide recruiting and HR operations support

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Associates Degree in Human Resources or 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple locations
  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
