Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative sales marketing strategies that exceed occupancy and revenue targets for assigned manufactured housing communities.
• Collaborative Excellence: Collaborate seamlessly with you Community Manager, and maintenance staff to ensure a seamless resident journey from move-in to move-out.
• Market Insight: Stay attuned to market trends, competition, to craft pricing strategies and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Community Alignment: Regularly visit properties to ensure leasing and marketing efforts align with community objectives and uphold presentation standards.
• Network Expansion: Develop and manage a network to generate leasing referrals, strengthening our external presence in the local market.
• Resident Loyalty: Oversee the implementation of resident retention programs, cultivating elevated resident satisfaction and a strong sense of community.
