Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Digital Media, leads the development and execution of digital media campaigns and initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer engagement. This role involves managing multiple projects, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement through campaign complexities and operational enhancement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong leadership in mentoring associates, fostering a high-performing environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. By aligning digital strategies with business objectives, the Senior Manager supports sustainable growth and delivers measurable results that advance the company’s mission and values.
About the team:
The CRM Operations team supports the development and execution of marketing campaigns across channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. The team collaborates with partners including CRM and Lifecycle, Retail Marketing, W+, Walmart Business teams to deliver end-to-end campaign management. Responsibilities include requirements and data discovery, audience management, and process improvement. The team launches thousands of campaigns annually, sending billions of messages. Leading platform innovation for the CRM and Lifecycle team with AI, the team works closely with global partners to enhance marketing strategies, personalization, and operational efficiency, driving continuous growth and impactful customer engagement.   • Lead the execution of digital media strategies by developing and communicating business plans aligned with operational priorities.
  • Oversee multiple projects, managing resources, schedules, and risks to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
  • Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance evaluations, and recognition to build a high-performing environment.
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and implement quality enhancement processes.
