As a Full-Time Security Officer, you'll serve as a visible presence at client locations, helping maintain safe, secure, and welcoming environments while representing both Signal of Lincoln and our clients with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional and attentive presence at assigned locations
  • Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as required by post assignments
  • Observe and report unusual activity, safety concerns, or incidents
  • Complete accurate and timely reports using company technology
  • Respond appropriately to incidents according to post orders and company procedures
  • Interact professionally with clients, residents, visitors, and team members
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and appearance standards
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow officers
