Johnson Brothers is looking to build a Security Team that offers FT hours with benefits at our St. Paul location. We are searching for a professional Security Officer that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:00pm-6:00am, plus OT
Job Description:
Daily Activities:

  • Monitor CCTV camera live to watch activity.
  • Answer phones for emergency situations.
  • Respond to emergency situations.
  • Check in and out employees, contractors, and temp employees.
  • Report all suspicious activity to the Security Lead or Security Manager.
  • Can work multiple different post locations in St. Paul.
  • Stand, Sit and walk for long periods of time throughout their assigned shift.
  • Communicate clearly in writing, verbally and email with employees, visitors and contractors.
  • Work with leaders from other departments.
You will Need to Have: (Skills AND Requirements)
  • Experience in operating surveillance cameras.
  • Must be able to pass an FBI Background check and drug test.
  • Should have a valid MN Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in law enforcement.
  • Have experience in the Security or Law Enforcement field instead of a degree.
  • Ability to complete a defensive tactics class.
  • Ability to complete a 1st aid, CPR and AED training class.
  • Ability to be flexible with shifts and POST locations.
Computer and Application Skills:
  • MS Office Suite

The expected pay range for this role is $21.00 - $23.00. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
