Job Summary:

In this role, you will be an essential part of our medical office, responsible for managing clerical tasks that prepare patients for their visits, arrange payments, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing medical charts, collecting third-party payment information, recording charges, and collecting fees, along with any other assigned duties.
