Southeastern Wholesale Tire is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative for our Raleigh location. This position plays a key role in supporting daily customer operations, growing sales within existing accounts, and building strong relationships with both current and prospective customers.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, driven to grow business, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and assist with product availability, pricing, and order placement
  • Provide outstanding daily customer service and build long-term customer relationships
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Support sales growth through proactive account management and relationship development
  • Monitor customer buying trends and communicate opportunities
  • Visit customer locations periodically to strengthen relationships and support business growth
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
