Job description

Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager in our Elderly and Disabled Waiver division. The position is located in our Tunica, MS office. We provide Case Management services to homebound clients.

The position provides direct services to aged and/or disabled individuals. The Case Manager will make Monthly Case Management home visits and coordination of the services for the clients.

The clients are managed by a Case Management Team consisting of the RN and a LSW.

Position requires a Mississippi Registered Nurse license with at least two (2) years of full-time experience.
