As a remote team member, you’ll have access to a variety of digital tools and platforms, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and consultations in a secure and seamless manner. • Deliver therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a cohesive approach to mental health care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment.

The ideal candidate will support clients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your approach will be strength-based and client-centered, focusing on empowering individuals to achieve their personal wellness goals. You will work with clients of all ages, providing tailored interventions that resonate with their unique life experiences.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in New York State is mandatory.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in providing therapy and support to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and the ability to apply them in remote settings.

• Experience with teletherapy and the use of virtual counseling tools.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and referral systems.
• Multicultural competency and experience working with underrepresented populations.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
