Job Title: Remote Auto & Fire Insurance Sales Representative
Job Type:  | 100% Remote
About the Role
We are a growing insurance agency looking for a high-energy, self-motivated sales hunter to join our remote team. Your job is simple — prospect, cold call, and write auto and fire insurance policies every day. This is a high-volume, performance-driven position and your paycheck will reflect exactly how hard you work.
What You’ll Do
 • Cold call and prospect daily to build your pipeline
 • Quote and submit auto (6-month) and fire policy applications
 • Hit a minimum of 15 applications per week
 • Log activity in our agency management system daily
 • Attend a weekly 30-minute video check-in with the agency owner
Schedule
You manage your own schedule — but availability during peak times is required. This means evenings and Saturdays when customers are most reachable. If you want to front-load your week or work split shifts, that’s your call. What matters is production!
Compensation
Guaranteed weekly base (Less than 35 hours a week)
Plus a weekly production bonus on every application written
What We’re Looking For
 • Active P&C license and able to get one in Texas — required before start date
 • 1+ year outbound sales or cold calling experience — insurance a plus
 • Self-starter who doesn’t need to be managed to pick up the phone
 • Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Minimum Standard
15 applications per week is the floor, not the goal. Reps who produce are rewarded well. If high-volume outbound isn’t your thing, this role isn’t the right fit.

This is a remote position.
