RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Written Premium Volume/New Business Applications
  • Accident Year Loss/ALAE Ratio (Includes IBNR)
  • Agency Profitability & Growth Goals
  • Selling Techniques
  • Agency Critical Data Collection in ACT
  • Sales Calls/Strategic Call Routing and Reporting

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of a bachelors degree
  • Three years insurance experience or a minimum of five years insurance marketing /sales experience
  • Additional actuarial, underwriting or claims experience is helpful but not required.
  • Requires a thorough understanding of nonstandard auto insurance, product management and underwriting including a broad knowledge of the company and its activities and policies
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Prefer strong computer skills with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Cognos and ACT. Knowledge of AS400 helpful
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Candidate must be based in Kentucky
