  • Coordinate with local social services, healthcare providers, and community outreach programs to ensure patients have access to comprehensive resources and support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ideal candidate will focus on patients who have experienced trauma, including but not limited to physical injuries and emotional distress stemming from adverse life experiences. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
  • A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience working with patients who have experienced trauma.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to maintain accurate patient records and engage in digital communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience
