• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ psychological needs, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, ensuring each session meets the specific requirements of the client.
• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, maintaining open communication to track and adapt therapeutic progress as needed.
• Provide flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may experience geographical or physical access challenges, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, facilitating transparency and client trust.
• Participate actively in professional development and training opportunities, staying informed about emerging best practices in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing general mental health challenges to those at risk for suicide. Our population encompasses adolescents, adults, and families, each presenting unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds. This role requires a nuanced understanding of various psychological conditions, as well as sensitivity to the cultural contexts of the clients you serve.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is a must.
• Experience in providing therapy independently, demonstrating a strong ability to manage a caseload effectively without direct supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to client engagement.
• Strong computer literacy to navigate telehealth platforms and maintain effective communication with clients and team members.

• Prior experience in a remote counseling role, especially within the telehealth domain.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and innovative therapeutic approaches.
• Background in crisis intervention and suicide prevention strategies is highly beneficial.
