Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify and understand clients' mental health needs, challenges, and personal goals.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions for a diverse client population, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.
  • Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based, client-centered, and include measurable outcomes to track progress.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing urgent mental health situations, while ensuring their safety and emotional stability.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and effective coping strategies, promoting awareness and understanding of available resources in the community.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.
  • Follow state regulations and ethical guidelines concerning counseling practices, ensuring informed consent and protecting client confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity in providing mental health services to a diverse clientele, recognizing the unique dynamics each individual brings to counseling sessions.
  • Engage in regular team meetings and case discussions with a multidisciplinary group of mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care to clients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
