Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ psychological needs, and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, ensuring each session meets the specific requirements of the client.
  • Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, maintaining open communication to track and adapt therapeutic progress as needed.
  • Provide flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may experience geographical or physical access challenges, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, facilitating transparency and client trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing general mental health challenges to those at risk for suicide. This role requires a nuanced understanding of various psychological conditions, as well as sensitivity to the cultural contexts of the clients you serve.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is a must.
  • Experience in providing therapy independently, demonstrating a strong ability to manage a caseload effectively without direct supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to client engagement.
  • Strong computer literacy to navigate telehealth platforms and maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
Preferred Experience
