• Conduct thorough assessments to clearly identify client needs and formulate comprehensive therapy plans tailored to their specific situations and goals.

• Continuously modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback, ensuring therapy aligns with their progress and evolving circumstances.

As an LMFT at The Process Recovery Clinic, you will play a critical role in helping clients build effective communication skills, enhance relational dynamics, and develop coping strategies that promote healthier lifestyles.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Current Maryland LMFT licensure in good standing is required for this position.
• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with experience in modalities such as CBT, DBT, or other relevant frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on the capability to establish trusting therapeutic relationships.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably within an outpatient setting.
• Experience in treating diverse populations, including at-risk groups and those facing significant life transitions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
