Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and comfort while maintaining high standards of care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some adjustments may be necessary based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing various evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
  • Lead psychoeducational and support groups, offering patients a valuable platform to share experiences and learn coping skills in a community setting.
  • Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure continuity of services.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies and provide immediate support.
  • Educate patients about mental health disorders and the available treatment options, helping them navigate their journey toward recovery.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential patient documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical requirements.
  • Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
  • Remain informed about emerging research, treatment modalities, and best practices in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
