Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client backgrounds, needs, and therapy goals.
• Develop customized therapy plans for individuals, couples, and families, addressing specific challenges such as communication issues, mental health disorders, and relationship struggles.
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person therapy sessions, using various evidence-based modalities to foster healing and personal growth.
• Regularly evaluate client progress, adapting treatment plans to ensure that they meet evolving needs and objectives.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of therapy sessions and client progress, utilizing digital documentation tools to enhance efficiency.
• Attend regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights, experiences, and strategies that enhance collaborative care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and conferences to stay updated on the latest therapeutic methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing a myriad of challenges—ranging from emotional distress, anxiety, and depression to chronic relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active licensure as an LMFT in Maryland, with all credentials in good standing.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches that cater to a variety of client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating success in working with individuals, couples, and families.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing digital healthcare platforms for remote therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and referral systems.

Compensation and Benefits
