Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, allowing for a thorough understanding of their emotional and psychological state.
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, ensuring that therapy is personalized and goal-oriented.
  • Provide various therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to client situations.
  • Regularly monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses.
  • Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing urgent psychological distress, using your expertise to stabilize and guide them through challenging situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Current licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential.
