• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, allowing for a thorough understanding of their emotional and psychological state.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, ensuring that therapy is personalized and goal-oriented.
• Provide various therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to client situations.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing urgent psychological distress, using your expertise to stabilize and guide them through challenging situations.
• Maintain precise, confidential client records aligned with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record system efficiently.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, enhancing our therapeutic offerings.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong empathy and a commitment to client welfare.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health therapy in a clinical or therapeutic setting is required.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery is preferred but not mandatory.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Benefits include:
