Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health state and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that align with the goals and challenges of clients, incorporating their feedback and preferences.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure integrated and holistic client care.
• Provide education and resources to clients' families, promoting their involvement and understanding of the recovery process.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in full compliance with licensing and ethical standards, ensuring that client records are kept accurately and securely.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
