Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify client needs and design individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, effectively addressing the diverse issues clients may face.
• Engage with clients via virtual sessions, fostering therapeutic relationships through empathetic communication and active listening.
• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that clients receive holistic and integrated care for their mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse demographic of clients, including individuals from various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, ensuring compliance with state laws.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, specifically in a clinical or telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits
