This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a consistent schedule that fosters work-life balance. Our team operates within a structured framework, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. As part of a remote school-based initiative, you will interact with students and their families, providing essential support in their educational environment. We utilize advanced telehealth technology to facilitate effective communication and therapy sessions.

• Deliver intensive counseling and psychotherapy to clients, tailoring your approach based on individual assessments and client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive mental status examinations, recognizing and documenting any changes in clients' mental health status that may require adjustment to treatment plans.
• Maintain synchronized, clear, and thorough case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans that comply with organizational policy and legal standards.
• Employ a calm and empathetic demeanor to manage high-stress situations, focusing on de-escalating emotional crises while providing constructive coping strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, community resources, and medical professionals, to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings, responding flexibly to the varying needs of clients.
• Engage in regular consultation with colleagues to share insights and best practices that enhance the quality of care provided to our clients.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse population, focusing primarily on school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. You will be tasked with addressing a spectrum of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges and adjustment disorders. Understanding the unique pressures faced by students in today's educational environment, you will be a vital resource in supporting their emotional and mental health needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and appropriate clinical license (LCSW) authorized for independent practice in Georgia.
• Demonstrated high emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining patient records and documentation.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience, particularly in a school or child-focused mental health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Experience in crisis intervention and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
