As a company with over four decades of expertise in delivering innovative infrastructure, digital services, and managed solutions, we are looking for an individual who can uphold our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing and optimising our operational processes to ensure seamless project delivery and service excellence across our diverse client base in industries such as Telecom, Banking, and the Public Sector.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, managing resources, and implementing strategies to enhance our operational performance. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $29 - $38 USD.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational functions to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with project management, technical, and sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of customised solutions to our clients.
  • Monitor operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
