Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, aiming to improve clients' mental health and overall well-being.
• Facilitating open discussions about emotions and experiences, helping clients gain insight into their life circumstances and relationships.
• Acting as a client advocate by guiding them in defining clear therapeutic goals and objectives.
• Evaluating clients' mental health conditions and formulating personalized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach grounded in your clinical knowledge.
• Collaborating with our team through an online therapist portal, which provides access to resources tailored to your specialty and state requisites.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of clients from various demographic backgrounds who are seeking support to navigate life's challenges. All clients will be pre-screened, ensuring that they are stable and present with low acuity issues. This allows you to focus on effective therapeutic interventions without the stressors associated with high-acuity cases.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent license issued by the state board (LPC, LMFT, LCSW); limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Proficiency in making professional evaluations, decisions, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Strong computer literacy skills for managing telehealth sessions and utilizing organizational software.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with diverse populations or specific therapeutic modalities is a plus. Previous practice in a telehealth environment is advantageous, allowing for a smoother transition into our remote operations.
