This position is fully remote and operates within a telehealth framework, allowing for flexible interactions with clients. • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Complete all required documentation promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Lead the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, including positive behavior intervention strategies, medication treatment approaches, and risk assessments.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive positive behavior support plans that foster client engagement and success.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, remaining updated on the latest standards and requirements in the mental health field.
• Serve as a liaison for clients, navigating relevant service systems and connecting them with state agencies and community partners as necessary.
• Build and maintain effective communication channels within the organization and among community stakeholders to promote service integration and support our mission.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities such as attending conferences, participating in task forces, and representing the agency at relevant meetings.
• Uphold and promote the values, philosophy, and principles of Bright Harbor Wellness Solutions in every aspect of the role.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared purpose.

In this role, you will work primarily with clients seeking emotional and psychological support, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will not only aid in their recovery journey but also significantly enhance their quality of life, allowing them to thrive within their communities.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An Independent LMHC License is mandatory for this position, ensuring you are equipped to provide the highest standard of care.
