Job description

Full-Time Healthcare Recruiter (ABA Therapy Focus Preferred!)

Salary: $35,000–$40,000 base + commission and bonus opportunities
Location: Fully Remote

Are you a high-energy, people-loving recruiter who thrives on connecting amazing clinicians with meaningful work? Do you love the idea of helping children and families get the care they deserve — all while working remotely with a passionate, fast-growing team?

If so, House of Hearts ABA wants to meet you!

We’re an energetic, mission-driven ABA therapy company that’s expanding quickly — and we’re looking for a Full-Time Recruiter to help us grow our incredible clinical team.

Experience Required:

Only apply if you have prior healthcare-specific recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for ABA therapy (BCBAs, RBTs, etc.) is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Regularly post and update job openings in areas where we’re actively hiring.

  • Book and perform interviews with potential candidates, ensuring they’re the right fit for our company’s values, culture, and expectations.

  • Once candidates are approved, coordinate with our scheduling department to place them on cases seamlessly.

  • Be actively involved in ABA-related Facebook groups and online communities, helping us find talented clinicians and share our job opportunities.

  • Understand House of Hearts ABA’s policies, mission, and each clinical role (BCBA, RBT, etc.) to hold meaningful and informed conversations with potential staff.

  • Create a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every candidate from first contact to hire.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong English communication skills (Spanish fluency preferred but not required).

  • A confident, personable communicator who enjoys connecting with people.

  • Hard-working, organized, and proactive — someone who takes initiative and thrives in a growing company.

  • Excellent follow-up and time management skills.

  • A team player who genuinely cares about helping families and clinicians succeed.

Compensation & Perks:
  • Base salary: $30,000–$40,000/year (depending on experience).

  • Commission and bonus opportunities for each successful hire.

  • Remote position — work from anywhere.

  • Join a team that’s passionate about making a difference for families and supporting clinicians with heart.

If you’re ready to help build something meaningful and grow your career while doing it — we’d love to hear from you.

Please Note:
All applications will be reviewed equally and fairly. Applicants who call the company phone line regarding their application will be automatically disqualified from consideration.
We kindly ask that all communication take place through the application portal or email only. Thank you for understanding!
