Role Overview
The Technical Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, driving Agile/Scrum practices, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of complex technical projects. This role requires strong technical understanding, governance skills, and the ability to lead teams with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through delivery using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, architecture, DevOps, and business teams to ensure alignment.
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership visibility.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, scope, quality standards, and release milestones.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication across distributed teams and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with product owners to prioritize requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technology environments.
