What is a full time remote closer?

A Full Time Remote Closer is a sales professional who works remotely to finalize or 'close' sales deals, often for high-ticket products or services. Their main responsibility is to convert qualified leads into customers by addressing objections, answering questions, and guiding prospects through the final steps of the sales process. Closers typically conduct calls or video meetings, follow up with leads, and use persuasive communication skills to meet or exceed sales targets. Working remotely allows them to perform these tasks from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. This role is common in industries like online coaching, consulting, and SaaS sales.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a full time remote closer?

To thrive as a Full Time Remote Closer, you need a strong background in sales, persuasive communication, and an understanding of sales processes, often supported by experience in high-ticket or consultative selling. Familiarity with CRM software, video conferencing tools, and digital contract management systems is typically required. Outstanding active listening, resilience, and self-motivation are crucial soft skills that set top performers apart. These abilities ensure you can consistently build trust, handle objections, and close deals efficiently in a fully remote environment.

What are some common challenges faced by full time remote closers, and how can they be managed effectively?

Full Time Remote Closers often encounter challenges such as building rapport with clients virtually, managing time zones, and maintaining consistent motivation when working independently. To overcome these hurdles, it's important to develop strong communication skills, utilize digital tools for scheduling and follow-ups, and establish a structured daily routine. Additionally, staying connected with your sales team through regular virtual meetings can help foster collaboration and provide support, making remote closing both productive and rewarding.

Job Type: Full-Time W-2 Employee
Base Pay: $36,000 / year + Full Benefits (see below)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $129,000 + Uncapped Commission
Company: The Investor’s Edge

Can You Close?

Not "can you talk." Not "can you follow up."

Can you close?

Because if you can—really, consistently close high-ticket programs over the phone—we have an opportunity that'll make your current role look like a side gig.

Here's the challenge:

The Investor's Edge has been in business for 20 years. We've helped thousands of people achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. We're an Inc. 5000 company, a Top Workplace winner, and we're legitimately good at what we do.

Our evening and weekend leads are our hottest prospects—people ready to invest, ready to act. But we need closers who can match that energy and convert conversations into commitments.

Here's the invitation:

Join our remote sales team. Work evenings and weekends. Take pre-set appointments and live-transfer calls. Close high-ticket investment programs. Earn $100K-$150K+ annually (our current team average).

You'll get a $36K base for stability, uncapped commissions for performance, and full benefits (health stipend, company-paid supplemental coverage, 401k match). You'll work from home with genuine downtime between calls.

Here's what we need to see:

  • 2+ years crushing B2C high-ticket phone sales
  • Proven track record with $3K+ programs
  • CRM proficiency
  • The discipline to work remote and perform

Here's what you'll get:

  • Pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
  • A rotating schedule you'll know in advance
  • Six-figure earning potential
  • Actual work-life balance
  • A company that's been thriving for two decades

Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

  • Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM  Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage.  If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
  • You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.

You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into  11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.

When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.

So: Can you close?

If the answer is yes, prove it. Apply now.
