What is a full time remote closer?

A Full Time Remote Closer is a sales professional who works remotely to finalize or 'close' sales deals, often for high-ticket products or services. Their main responsibility is to convert qualified leads into customers by addressing objections, answering questions, and guiding prospects through the final steps of the sales process. Closers typically conduct calls or video meetings, follow up with leads, and use persuasive communication skills to meet or exceed sales targets. Working remotely allows them to perform these tasks from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. This role is common in industries like online coaching, consulting, and SaaS sales.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a full time remote closer?

To thrive as a Full Time Remote Closer, you need a strong background in sales, persuasive communication, and an understanding of sales processes, often supported by experience in high-ticket or consultative selling. Familiarity with CRM software, video conferencing tools, and digital contract management systems is typically required. Outstanding active listening, resilience, and self-motivation are crucial soft skills that set top performers apart. These abilities ensure you can consistently build trust, handle objections, and close deals efficiently in a fully remote environment.

What are some common challenges faced by full time remote closers, and how can they be managed effectively?

Full Time Remote Closers often encounter challenges such as building rapport with clients virtually, managing time zones, and maintaining consistent motivation when working independently. To overcome these hurdles, it's important to develop strong communication skills, utilize digital tools for scheduling and follow-ups, and establish a structured daily routine. Additionally, staying connected with your sales team through regular virtual meetings can help foster collaboration and provide support, making remote closing both productive and rewarding.

Schedule: Evenings & Weekends (detailed rotation below)
Job Type: Full-Time W-2 Employee
Base Pay: $36,000 / year + Full Benefits (see below)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $129,000 + Uncapped Commission
Company: The Investor’s Edge

For Experienced Closers Only: The Role You've Been Waiting For

If you've been in high-ticket B2C sales for a while, you know the game.

You know that most "remote" sales jobs are glorified cold-calling sweatshops.

You know that "uncapped commission" usually means "impossible to hit targets."

You know that "great leads" often means "we bought a list from 2019."

And you know that "work-life balance" is code for "we'll text you at 9 PM on Sunday."

So let me talk to you like a fellow sales professional who's seen it all:

THE COMPANY:

The Investor's Edge. 20 years. Real estate investment education. Inc. 5000 twice. Top Workplace winner. Not a fly-by-night operation. Not some guru's side hustle. A legitimate business with staying power.

THE PRODUCT:

High-ticket real estate investing programs. $3K-$10K+ range. Educational content that actually helps people. Not crypto. Not MLM. Not "get rich quick." Just proven real estate strategies for everyday investors.

THE LEADS:

Pre-set appointments booked by our marketing team. Live transfers from interested prospects. Evening and weekend timing = serious people with disposable income who have time to focus. No cold calling. No purchased lists. No "we found you online" BS.

THE COMPENSATION:

$36K W-2 base. Commission: 9.40% PIM, 5.29% NPIM. Uncapped—and I mean actually uncapped, not "uncapped until you hit an arbitrary threshold." Current team average: $100K-$150K. Top performers: $129K+. Add 2 live transfers per day and you add $12K-$18K annually.

THE SCHEDULE:

Evenings and weekends. Rotating 3-week calendar. You work 2 out of 3 weekends. You know your schedule 3 weeks out. Calendar availability: ~50 hours. Actual work: ~40 hours. Talk time: <4 hours/day average.

THE LIFESTYLE:

100% remote. Home office. Downtime between calls is yours (just stay within 5-minute response range). No commute. No office politics. No pretending to look busy.

THE METRICS:

DPP target: ≥$2,571. Average ticket target: ≥$6,597. CRM tracking (HubSpot). Weekly KPI reviews. Transparent performance expectations.

THE BENEFITS:

Health stipend. Company-paid vision, dental, life, telemedicine, psychiatry/therapy. 401(k) match. W-2 status with actual employment protections.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:

Don't apply if you're new to sales. Don't apply if you've never closed high-ticket. Don't apply if you job-hop every 8 months.

DO apply if:

  • You have 2+ years consistent B2C high-ticket phone sales
  • You're currently closing over the phone (not transitioning from field sales)
  • You've sold $3K+ programs repeatedly
  • You know your way around HubSpot or Salesforce
  • You've had 3 or fewer jobs in the past 5 years
  • You can work independently without hand-holding

THE REAL TALK:

This isn't the easiest sales job. Evening/weekend hours aren't for everyone. You need discipline to work remote. You need closing skills because the leads won't sell themselves.

But if you've got the chops, this is one of the rare opportunities where the earning claims are actually conservative, the company is actually stable, and the work-life balance is actually real.

You've been in sales long enough to know when something is legit.

This is legit.

Apply now if you're ready for your next six-figure chapter.
