• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate solution-based interventions.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in addressing their mental health challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide coordinated and holistic care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings that enhance clinical practice and improve client outcomes.
• Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options, fostering a supportive environment for healing.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current, valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, emphasizing psychotherapy and clinical practice.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy and a commitment to evidence-based approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and families.

• Experience in remote therapy or telehealth services.
• Prior experience working in an outpatient mental health clinic.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
