• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately identify client mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through virtual platforms, employing methods suitable to each client's specific situation and goals.
• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting processes to empower them in their journey towards mental wellness, providing ongoing support and encouragement.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, ensuring each session is aligned with the client's preferences.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, client interactions, and progress records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

As a member of our therapist network, you will serve clients facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse clientele includes adolescents, adults, and families, providing the opportunity to make substantial impacts in different lives, all via virtual therapy sessions that accommodate clients’ unique circumstances.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering a strong therapeutic relationship in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated empathy and understanding of clients’ emotional experiences and therapeutic needs.
• Strong organizational abilities are crucial for successfully managing caseloads and documentation responsibilities remotely.

• Experience working with diverse populations in a telehealth setting.
• Proven track record of employing various therapeutic modalities based on client needs.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and client management software.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is preferred but not necessary.

• Attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
