Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Engage in thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans and update these plans based on client progress.
• Support clients in gaining insight into their experiences, emotions, and relationships to facilitate personal growth and improved mental health.
• Monitor each client’s progress throughout the treatment process and implement strategies for developing healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clinic strives to enhance clients' quality of life by equipping them with effective skills and tools. You will play a crucial role in guiding them through their mental health journeys, ensuring they receive personalized support aligned with their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, including fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on your record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing compassionate care to clients.
• Proficient computer literacy, with access to a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for video sessions.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection to facilitate seamless counseling experiences.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and an understanding of diverse client backgrounds and needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Compassionate Care Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on your weekly working hours. Additional benefits include:
