Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized mental health assessments and create personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Utilize our state-of-the-art platform to engage with clients through audio or video calls, offering consistent therapeutic support.
• Monitor client progress via goal-setting tools and clinical worksheets, adjusting treatment as necessary to achieve client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices within telehealth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily support low-acuity adults grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), relationship issues, and grief. The platform screens all patients, ensuring you work with stable individuals who are motivated to improve their mental health, allowing you to focus on providing quality care without the complexities associated with severe mental illness or children's issues.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Proficiency in technology, with reliable internet access and a working desktop or laptop computer (no tablets).

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in telehealth or a digital counseling setting is highly valued.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities effective for adults managing anxiety, depression, and other related conditions.
• Experience utilizing online tools and platforms for treatment-related tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

As a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor at CaptivatingButterfly Community Corp., you will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually.
