Work Environment

This role functions in a remote outpatient office setting, facilitating ease of communication between counselors and clients. The use of a sophisticated all-in-one platform allows for diverse interaction methods, including audio, video calls, online journals, and goal-setting tools. You will be part of a larger community of over 10,000 therapists, ensuring you have both support and collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients utilizing your clinical skills and expertise.
• Engage with clients through various modalities—such as video conferences or messaging—to provide effective therapy.
• Monitor client progress using integrated tools for tracking goals and outcomes.
• Respond to client inquiries and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal support.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices and trends in mental health care.
• Collaborate with an accessible peer community to enhance therapeutic techniques and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will focus on engaging stable, low-acuity adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight disorders, and grief counseling. This emphasis ensures a manageable caseload allowing for focused and personalized care. The platform screens patients prior to referrals, prioritizing those in a stable mental state.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid license as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PsyD in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• A reliable internet connection, as well as a working phone and personal computer (no tablets).

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities for adults.
• Previous experience working with diverse patient demographics.

Compensation and Benefits

As a full-time mental health counselor with CaptivatingButterfly Community Corp., your annual compensation will range from $115,000 to $130,000. In addition, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support your wellbeing. The organization values a supportive and collaborative work environment that promotes work-life balance.
