Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and recommendations to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits
