Churchill Residentialis looking for an Assistant Community Director for Churchill at Longview, a 160-unitmultifamily living community.  This positionis responsible for assisting in maintaining the daily operations of aresidential property by providing outrageous customer service every day.  Responsible for meeting all therequirements of the Low-Income Housing and Tax Credit Department of Housing andCommunity Affairs compliance programs.  Responsiblefor leasing, greeting prospects and professionally presenting features andbenefits of the community.  Prepare andmaintain compliance reports for weekly submission to corporate office. Also,responsible for proofreading and organizing all lease paperwork as well as theon-going file maintenance and protection of compliance files.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts required.  Excellent communication skills; written andverbal.  Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promotegood relations with service staff and residents.  One year's working experience in aresidential property required.  TaxCredit experience preferred.Employment Type: FULL_TIME
