Job Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite- 5 days a week)

Must Have Skills: Windows Kernel Driver Engineer, WDM/KMDF, Release & HLK / Compliance‑minded Driver Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead delivery for Windows driver and system software engineering projects. This role involves working closely with hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and production-ready system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Windows drivers, system software, and firmware-related projects
  • Coordinate across hardware, firmware, and software teams for system integration
  • Drive release readiness, validation, and compliance (HLK/HCK)
  • Oversee debugging of complex system issues (kernel, hardware/software interactions)
  • Ensure quality gates, automation, and telemetry implementation
  • Track project milestones, risks, and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with Windows Drivers (WDM/KMDF), kernel/user mode systems
  • Background in C/C++ programming and low-level system development
  • Hands-on exposure to kernel debugging, dump analysis, and system troubleshooting
  • Experience with build/release processes and compliance (HLK/HCK)
  • Understanding of hardware/firmware/software interactions
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with telemetry, diagnostics, and automation tools
  • Knowledge of UEFI/firmware or embedded systems
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
