We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.
Our WA law firm client is currently in need of experienced and dedicated Washington-based Family Law paralegals.
Schedules can vary according to your availability - minimum hours would be 10 per week; maximum hours would be based upon your availability - to full time!
Based upon your skills, responsibilities may include:
1. Draft and file legal documents
2. Discovery support - responses, deficiency letters
3. Settlement proposals
4. Temporary Orders
5. Motions/proposed orders
6. Child support docs
7. Manage case calendars and deadlines
8. Organize and maintain client files
9. Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
10. Provide general administrative support to attorneys
