Project Accounting Manager Overview Join as a Project Accounting Manager with a well-established, industry-leading organization supporting large-scale infrastructure and construction projects across North America. Play a key role in partnering with project management and operations teams to drive financial performance and project success. Provide accounting leadership, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and billing support for complex projects. Opportunity to influence best practices, improve processes, and serve as a subject matter expert within a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
  • Support project teams with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, revenue recognition, and overall project financial management.
  • Prepare and analyze project reports, WIP schedules, cost-to-complete forecasts, and project variance reporting.
  • Process project billings, owner payment applications, budget revisions, and cash receipts while maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and ERP teams to enhance processes, implement system improvements, and establish project accounting best practices.
