They are known for their commitment to craftsmanship, collaborative culture, and delivering an exceptional client experience from concept through completion.They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes from preconstruction through final completion and warranty. This individual will manage all aspects of field operations, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety, and client communication.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction leader who enjoys taking ownership of projects, solving problems proactively, and delivering exceptional homes while working alongside a highly respected team.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Preconstruction
  • Lead preconstruction meetings and site walkthroughs.
  • Review plans, specifications, permits, scopes of work, and project requirements.
