We are currently seeking a Program Manager for a facility in Standford, VA. to lead cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role will drive production performance, oversee key programs, and partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, and supply chain teams. This is a high-impact position focused on plant operations, continuous improvement, and program execution within a fast-paced industrial environment. 8 years of experience required. On-site only. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple manufacturing and operations programs from planning through execution Partner with plant operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure on-time production and delivery Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence) Oversee production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization Manage program timelines, budgets, and performance metrics Identify risks within production, supply chain, and operations and implement mitigation plans Support capital projects, including equipment installation and process improvements Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and company policies Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership
