PRODUCE CLERK

To offer the best customer experience possible while they are shopping your store.

Basic Skills

         Talking to others to convey information effectively.

         Customer service

         Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

         Perform a variety of produce duties including cutting fruits and vegetables, culling, cleaning and working produce load

Social Skills

         Have an outgoing personality

         Willing to work with a team and be a team player

Task

   Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.

   Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.

   Wrap produce in correct containers

   Package vegetables and fruits

   Remove trash and clean daily managing one's own time

   Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
