Job description

Area Manager 
Preferred locations-Denver metro or Dallas/Fort Worth metro
Full-Time
-Oversees multiple locations will include multiple cities and states
-Must be willing to travel the majority of schedule
-Full-Time eligible for vacation, holidays, 401K, and medical insurance
-Full-Time eligible Sick Pay
-Mileage and expense reimbursement
-Auto insurance and driver's license is required
-Pay is commensurate with experience Range is $62,000- $70,000
-Must have prior experience supervising multiple locations and employees


Employees' mandatory 2026 no time off requests (will be on normal schedule, just can't request time off):

02/09 - 02/15 for Valentines Day 

04/01 - 04/04 and 04/05 the Easter Holiday, No work on Easter

05/04 - 05/11 for Mother’s Day.

11/24 & 11/27 for Thanksgiving

12/16 - 12/18 Holidays

12/21 - 12/23 Holidays

12/26 After Holiday

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creativity and a knowledge of how to best present products
  • Some experience with merchandising, retail sales, or floral work preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License and insurance required. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
  • Must be able to use/willing to learn to use a pallet jack and flat cart
  • Must have the ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, and reach to complete assigned tasks
