What we are looking for:  
A driven and mission-focused Travel, Expense and Credit Card Specialist to administer and support the organization's travel, expense reimbursement, and credit card programs.

Expectations of this role:

  • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee expense reports
  • Promote compliance with company policies and IRS regulations
  • Provide employee training and support
  • Serve as the primary liaison with travel-related vendors and service provider

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience with corporate travel, expense reimbursement, and credit card programs
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • Working knowledge of accounting software to preferably include Concur and SAGE/Intaact
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills
  • Strong working knowledge of standard expense procedures, including, but not limited to the processing of expense reports
  • Ability to understand and interpret vendor invoices and other varied source documents
  • Ability to utilize an automated accounting system and to format and generate reports
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to follow and complete detailed processes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and appropriately handle confidential information
  • This is a remote position located in the US requiring the ability to travel up to 5%

Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this full time position, the hourly rate is projected to be between $21.50-$26.50/hour.
