About Our Team:

The Global Advertising Sales & Partnerships (Ad Sales) organization is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team! The HR Coordinator will perform a broad range of client support activities including employee interaction, Human Resources administration, and project work. This position is also responsible for interfacing and problem solving with several business partners such as Talent Acquisition, Finance, Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, and Corporate Human Resources. This position will manage administrative and coordination support for the team including workflow forms, payroll processing, SAP updates, meeting/event planning and prep.

Here You Can:

  • Support strategic HR initiatives across the Ad Sales portfolio
  • Manage logistics for meetings and events, maintain distribution lists and shared drives, and keep organization charts updated
  • Serve as primary SAP HR user for onboarding/offboarding, workflow forms, reporting, and data validation
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding Payroll, Benefits, Work/Life, Employee Perks, PTO, and Company Policies
  • Support the recruitment lifecycle for full-time and contractor positions, partnering with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless hiring process
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports
  • Work on special projects as needed
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all business matters 
Qualifications

Here You'll Need:

  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
