This is an onsite position where the Physical Therapist will provide care primarily in an outpatient orthopedic setting. • Assess and determine patients' specific therapy needs by identifying their personal health goals and requirements.
• Manage a focused caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, allowing for personalized attention and care.
• Utilize a variety of rehabilitation techniques and therapies to create comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Implement state-of-the-art treatment procedures aimed at pain relief and improvement of mobility, reducing dependency on medications and avoiding unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Design and promote individualized fitness and wellness programs fostering strength, balance, and flexibility.
• Continually motivate and encourage patients to engage actively in their rehabilitation process, sustaining their commitment to therapy.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient interactions and progress utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and improved treatment outcomes.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and adapt therapy plans as needed, keeping patients informed of their progress.

Your primary focus will be on outpatient individuals suffering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain. You will provide therapy to a diverse patient demographic, ranging from young athletes to elderly individuals working towards regaining their independence. Your compassionate approach and expertise will ensure that every patient receives personalized care aimed at achieving their health objectives.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a clean professional record without any board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong capability in manual therapy techniques, enhancing hands-on patient interactions.
• Exceptional skills in developing, implementing, and modifying exercise protocols suited to individual patient needs.

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings with a track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, for efficient patient management and documentation.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise in the field.
