The Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service, information and education to our California client base of healthcare professionals, resulting in outstanding client retention. If you enjoy meeting new people, variety in your workday and a change of scenery this may be the job for you!

  • Provide valuable information and education to our clients, on-site workplace assessments conducted at client facility locations, creating documents, certificates, and reports, assisting clients who call into client services department, other administrative duties associated with the position.
  • Work cross-functionally to provide exceptional service to our clients while in the field or in the office.

Hybrid Work Locations: client facilities, our office, your home office.

Travel to client facilities is required for this position.

Compensation for the Position:
Trainee Compensation: Hourly + bonus upon successful completion of training & apprenticeship

Qualifying mileage reimbursement during training period and thereafter
Schedule:
8-hour workday (occasional approved overtime, if needed for field days)
Field Day work schedule varies daily depending on client location and appointment start time. Field Days can also include some administrative work from our office location or your home office, depending on the weekly needs of the office.
Example of a weekly schedule (8-hour workdays with 1 hour meal break each day)
Mon 6:30 am – 3:30 pm Field Day
Tues 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Office & Field Day
Wed 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Field Day
Thu 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Hybrid Day Office Location/Home Office
Fri 6:00 am – 3:00 pm Field Day

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
