Plant Nursery/Greenhouse Labor Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $16.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)
  • Work with plant cuttings, planting, trimming, and maintaining nursery stock.
  • Pull and prepare plant orders for shipment and customer pickup.
  • Organize and track inventory throughout the nursery.
  • Assist with watering, cleaning, and general nursery upkeep.
  • Support daily operations in a fast-paced outdoor work environment.

Plant Nursery/Greenhouse Labor Qualifications:

  • Previous nursery, landscaping, farming, greenhouse, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions in a team environment.
