Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our Creative Marketing team. This role is focused on producing high-quality video and photography content, with a strong emphasis on video assets for social media campaigns and in-store screens. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who excels in capturing compelling footage that connects with audiences both online and in our physical retail environments.  This a full time, onsite position, located on our Main Campus in Kerrville, TX.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

•Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and digital screens within our retail stores.

•Capture high-quality photographs for use in promotional materials, product spotlights, and other marketing collateral as needed.

•Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and retail teams to understand campaign objectives, product highlights, and brand messaging.

•Manage all aspects of video production, including planning, lighting, sound, scripting, and post-production editing to ensure polished final assets.

•Comfortably style jewelry and simple environments, including selecting and arranging props to support both studio and lifestyle shoots. 

•Stay up to date with social media trends, video formats, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.

•Finalize deliverables and maintain and organize video and photo libraries for easy access and future use.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

•Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Photography, Media Production or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

•2 years’ professional experience in videography and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing video projects for social media and/or retail environments.

•Demonstrated understanding of video storytelling, story boarding, composition, and pacing, particularly for short-form and vertical video content.

•Strong familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.

•Proficiency with Capture One and video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

•Ability to travel to various locations with possible overnight stays.

•Ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience in jewelry or product photography and video.
