For over three decades, we have provided reliable, high-compliance security solutions for critical public sector infrastructure and federal agency operations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced full-time Payroll Supervisor to join our corporate office team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end, high-volume payroll operations for hundreds of employees across a distributed or remote workforce, ensuring strict compliance with federal and state labor standards. Workweek is Monday Friday, 8am 5Pm but, if necessary, may be required to stay after 5p until the task is complete.

Responsibilities

  • Process and administer high volume payroll for hundreds of multi-state employees on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Monitor and apply changing federal, state, and local labor standards and payroll regulations.
  • Enter and update employee hours, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings accurately into the payroll system.
  • Serve as the primary corporate contact for payroll-related questions, discrepancies, and tax forms.
  • Prepare and distribute W-2s, and other required annual tax documents.
  • Maintain and update all employee payroll files for any personnel or status changes.
  • Audit payroll runs regularly and process necessary corrections to resolve discrepancies quickly.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and protect sensitive employee and client financial data.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume payroll experience or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws and regulations (multi-state experience preferred).
  • Experience with payroll software (e.g., Proliant, QuickBooks Payroll, or similar) preferred.
  • High attention to detail in data entry, with the ability to audit payroll runs, catch discrepancies, and process corrections quickly.
  • Professional demeanor with a proven ability to work well with others, and high integrity for handling confidential data.

Pay $55,000 - $83,000 a year
